He passed away in 2022.

A fight in the stands in Cincinnati delays the game when one of the participants falls into the Phillies dugout.
Police went to arrest the man and noticed the brawl in the stands.
“They forgot about the guy in the dugout,” said Phillies manager Terry Fancona. “I said, ‘You’re hitting second.’ The cops forgot about him and he was coming down to the bat rack.”
